How much time do I have to pick up my order at my Pickup Point before it is returned?
If you have ordered delivery to a pickup point or a post office, your package must be collected within 7 days from its arrival date (this may vary from one country to another, so it's essential to confirm with your local postal services). When the 7-day period has elapsed, and the package has not been collected, it will be automatically returned to us. If the package is returned in this manner because you did not collect it, return fees will be charged to you for the shipping (the fees depend on the chosen delivery method). Therefore, we advise you to pick up your package immediately upon its arrival.
If I was unable to collect the package from my Pickup Point, what should I do?
If you were unable to pick up the package within the specified time, it may have been returned. If the return shipment has not yet started, we may be able to request an extension for the pickup period from our carrier. If that's not possible, we can explore other solutions for you. All costs associated with the return of the product will be your responsibility. If the package is returned using a return code, for example, because you didn't collect the package on time or provided incomplete or incorrect information, you will be responsible for return fees. If you wish to have the item re-shipped, please contact our customer service.
If you are on vacation or unable to collect your package at the pickup point or post office, and you can't have someone else pick it up for you, please contact us as soon as possible. Myriam•K dietary supplements are designed to promote hair growth on your scalp and not on any other body hair. The growth of hair elsewhere on the body is primarily influenced by your genetics and hormones. Therefore, the natural ingredients in our supplements will not have an effect on other body hair.
What happens if I stop taking the dietary supplements?
You can stop taking Myriam•K dietary supplements at any time. However, we cannot guarantee lasting effects if you discontinue using the product.

Are Myriam•K products vegan?
The majority of our hair care range is certified vegan. However, the ANTI FRIZZ collection contains hydrolyzed keratin. We are currently working towards being 100% vegan certified. All our products are always cruelty-free 🐰

Since 2019, in accordance with European Union regulations, Myriam•K has proactively started reformulating its entire active range to eliminate Butylphenyl Methylpropional (more commonly known as 'Lilial'). As a French brand, Myriam•K has always formulated in accordance with the safety standards of the European Union, which are among the strictest in the industry and require all ingredients to be listed, even those present in minimal quantities.
