I don't see the list of relay points, is this normal? 🤔

Yes, it's totally normal. To provide you with an optimal experience, we wait until you have paid for your order. As soon as this is done, surprise! 🎉 The list of relay points near you will appear. In this way, we assure you of delivery options perfectly suited to your location.

How long do I have to collect my order at my Point Relais before it is returned?

If you have ordered delivery to a pick-up point or to a post office, your package must be collected within 7 days of its arrival date (this may vary from one country to another, so always s ensure this with the local postal services). When the 7 days have passed and the package is still not picked up, it is automatically returned to us. If the package is returned in this way, because you did not pick it up, you will be charged for the return shipping costs (the costs depend on the delivery method chosen). We therefore advise you to pick up your package immediately after its arrival.

I have not managed to collect the package from my Point Relais, what should I do?

If you have not managed to collect the package within the specified time, it may have been returned. If the return shipment has not yet started, we may be able to obtain from our carrier an extension of the collection time. If this is not possible, we can find another solution for you.

All costs related to returning the product are your responsibility. If the package is returned using a returns code, for example because you did not collect the package in time or because you provided missing or incorrect information, you will have to pay return shipping costs. If you would like a reshipment, please contact our customer service.

If you are on vacation or unable to collect your parcel from a collection point or post office, and you cannot ask someone else to collect the parcel for you, please contact us as soon as possible . In some cases, we may be able to get the carrier to extend the deadline for you.

Do Myriam•K dietary supplements influence other body hair?

Myriam•K dietary supplements are designed to promote hair growth on your scalp and no other body hair. Hair growth elsewhere on the body is primarily affected by your genes and hormones. Therefore, the natural ingredients in our supplements will not affect other hairs on your body.

What happens if I stop taking dietary supplements?

You can stop taking Myriam•K food supplements whenever you want. However, we cannot guarantee lasting effects if you stop using the product.

The majority of our hair care range is certified vegan. However, the ANTI FRIZZ collection contains hydrolyzed keratin.

Since 2019, in accordance with European Union regulations, Myriam•K began to proactively reformulate our entire active assortment to eliminate Butylphenyl Methylpropional (more commonly known as "Lilial").
