Cancellation Policy
The buyer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the actual date of receipt of the order to return the product(s) ordered, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
The buyer then has fourteen (14) days to return the complete, unused product(s), in their original, undamaged packaging, and if possible, with their original wrapping, along with the return form and a copy of the invoice.
If the products are not returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of actual receipt of the order, the order will be considered final and no refund will be issued, except in cases provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
Upon receipt, the seller will acknowledge the request by sending an email or a letter.
The seller agrees to refund the buyer the full amount paid. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the buyer, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the buyer exercises their right of withdrawal.
However, the refund may be delayed until the returned goods have been received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Canceling your order
– You want to cancel your order: Our warehouse prepares orders in the morning from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service by clicking here. If the order has not yet been prepared, we will be able to cancel it.
If your order has already been prepared, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can still refuse the package at delivery directly with the carrier, and we will refund you once the package is returned.
– Your order was canceled or modified by our system: Occasionally, orders or parts of orders may be canceled by our system for various reasons:
- An item is no longer available for sale
- Difficulties were encountered during the payment process
- The package cannot be delivered to the given address
- The order was placed twice

All return and refund requests must be sent at your expense within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the delivery slip and return form.
If your entire order is returned under the conditions stated above, we will refund the full amount of your original order. Otherwise, if you do not return all the products in your order, we will refund the amount of the returned product only, excluding the initial shipping fees.
If you received a promotional gift, please include it with your return. Your account will be credited as soon as possible upon receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your package and the status of your refund.
For any exchange request, simply return the product as described above and place a new order on the e-shop.
Please note that only products purchased from the online store www.myriamkparis.com are eligible for return.

If your package was damaged during transit, you must make full and precise notes on the delivery slip at the time of receipt. Claims must be made against the carrier. (In accordance with Article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, any reservation must be confirmed by registered letter to the carrier within three (3) days of receipt.)
Then set aside the package and the item(s), and notify our customer service as soon as possible by sending one or more photos by email.
Be sure to include your order number and contact details in the email.
