Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping options for Metropolitan France and Monaco (excluding Corsica):
SHIPPING METHOD & RATE PER ORDER
• COLISSIMO Delivery to a post office or pickup point — Standard delivery (3 to 7 business days). $5.90 / €5.90 — Free shipping on orders over €75 in Metropolitan France.
• CHRONOPOST Express home delivery with signature — Express delivery in 48 to 72 hours (2 to 3 business days). €8.60 (€5.90 on orders over €75).
• COURIER Available in Paris only. Orders prepared Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Same-day delivery in 4 hours if ordered before 3 p.m.
• CLICK & COLLECT Pickup available at our Paris showroom only — 36 Rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris. Orders prepared Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Same-day pickup available in 3 hours if ordered before 3 p.m.

BELGIUM
• CHRONOPOST Standard delivery (3 to 7 business days). €5.90 — Free shipping on orders over €75.
Shipping costs are added to the price of the products purchased. Before order validation, the shipping costs and delivery method are clearly displayed in the order summary. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the time the carrier picks up your order.
Delivery to a different address and/or gift orders:
You can ship your order to a different address than your billing address (for example, to your workplace or as a gift), provided both addresses fall within the delivery zones outlined in our Terms of Sale. At checkout, simply enter your preferred delivery address.
Important information:
For your security, your billing address must match the address on the credit card statement used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.
Tracking and delivery confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as a tracking number is assigned to your package, you will receive a second email with the tracking link to follow your shipment.
Order status:
You can also find your tracking number and order status in the "My Account" section.
Log in with your credentials to access your account. Under "My Orders", you'll find each order with its date, total, and current status. Click "Details" to see the full breakdown of any order.
