Nourishing Mask: After using the shampoo, generously distribute the mask over the lengths and ends of your hair. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use this mask once or twice a week for deep repair.

Repair Thermo Spray: Apply a dab of REPAIR Thermo Spray to wet hair before styling, starting from mid-length to the ends for even distribution of the product, or to dry hair for a shiny and silky effect.

Thermo-Protective Serum: On damp hair, apply a small amount of serum, focusing on the ends. Do not rinse. Use the serum before using heating tools to protect your hair from thermal damage.

Myriam's advice: "Avoid frequent use of hot water for washing, as it can further dehydrate your hair. Instead, opt for lukewarm or cold water, and after washing, use a microfiber towel to Gently dab your hair instead of rubbing. This will reduce friction and breakage while preserving your hair's natural moisture."
