Once the order is accepted, customers are redirected back to the MyriamK website to view the order summary. It is essential not to close the checkout page before being redirected to the confirmation page that provides the order number.

MyriamK may refuse to process an order that does not meet the necessary guarantees for a compliant and secure payment or in cases of fraud or illegal activity as per French and European laws. Legal action will be taken in the event of fraudulent payment.

To authenticate transactions and provide secure transactions, MyriamK may trigger the 3D Secure protocol. After entering the credit card information, customers may be redirected to their bank's online page or application to comply with their authentication protocol.

In the case of a physical return, customers should follow the instructions specified in the general sales conditions. After receiving the request, refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Depending on the financial institution, it may take 5-7 business days for the account to be credited. Please note that returns in or from physical stores are not accepted.
